9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising solely from the website or these terms must be brought in a state court located in Travis County, Texas, or the federal court with jurisdiction over Travis County, and each party consents to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue.

10. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
