Each plan includes a set amount of receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and returns handling. You also receive a unique U.S. return address, basic packaging materials, and mailbox service. Additional usage is billed transparently at published rates.
If you exceed your plan limits, you’ll be charged for additional orders, returns, storage units, or inbound shipments. Optional services such as FBA prep, kitting, and branded packaging may also apply. All charges are itemized on your monthly invoice.
We accept credit card payments only. Your plan fee is charged at the beginning of each month, and any additional usage is billed at the end of the month with a detailed statement.
You, as the seller, cover outbound shipping costs. CastMail generates labels using your carrier account or ours and bills you accordingly. You decide whether to offer free or paid shipping to your customers.
Typical U.S. rates are approximately $5.50–$6.50 for a small lure under 4 oz and $11–$15 for a medium reel weighing 1–2 lb. Rates vary by size, weight, destination, carrier, and service; we select the most cost-effective suitable option.
You can ship by air, sea, courier, or freight. We receive cartons or pallets at our Austin warehouse, confirm delivery, and update your inventory.
You are responsible for all import duties and taxes. CastMail is not the importer of record. We recommend working with a customs broker or shipping DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for smooth clearance.
It is a unique U.S. address for product labeling, customs documents, marketplace listings, business mail, and returns. This service is included in all plans.
Yes. We support channels such as Shopify, Amazon FBM, eBay, WooCommerce, and others, as well as B2B and wholesale shipments.
Yes. We receive, inspect, restock, consolidate, or dispose of returned items according to your policy. Our Returns Plan also provides a U.S. return address for brands that are not ready to store inventory in the U.S.
Direct international shipping is often slower and more expensive, while returns can be difficult. CastMail provides fast domestic shipping, a real U.S. return address, and professional returns handling to improve buyer trust and reduce disputes.
No. CastMail operates month to month. You can cancel or pause service with 30 days’ written notice.
Orders received before 12:00 PM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders received after noon ship the next business day. Most U.S. domestic deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier and service.
Incoming cartons and pallets are counted and checked against your shipping documents. Receiving is recorded on video for transparency and quality control. We email confirmation after processing and clearly report any damage, missing items, or quantity differences.
Standard pick and pack includes a basic poly mailer suitable for most small, durable items. Bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, reinforced packaging, branded materials, and custom packing methods are available at the applicable rate.
We strongly recommend that every client carry product insurance for loss, theft, or damage. We handle inventory with care, but CastMail’s liability for uninsured product loss is limited.
USPS, UPS, and FedEx include limited carrier coverage depending on the service. Additional insurance for higher-value shipments can be added on request and billed to you.
There is no strict SKU limit in the Bin, Pallet, or Unit plans. If a large assortment creates additional storage or handling complexity, we may recommend a larger plan or custom pricing.
Provide 30 days’ written notice by email. We’ll process open orders and returns, calculate final charges, and issue a final invoice. Remaining inventory must be shipped back, transferred to another U.S. warehouse, or authorized for disposal before the account closes.
Optional services include FBA prep, labeling, bagging, bundling, kitting, assembly, custom packaging, quality checks, branded return labels, B2B fulfillment, mail handling, notary services, and assistance with U.S. company registration through trusted partners.
